Here at Come Uptown Studios, we pride ourselves on being self-sufficient. It is mandatory that all of the studio's equipment is returned to its proper place and the appearance is reset to the way it was upon arrival. Please schedule your session with time for set up and breakdown WITHIN your booked time. You will be charged a cleaning fee if the studio is left in disarray.

PLEASE COMMUNICATE IF YOU NEED MORE TIME FOR YOUR BOOKING! We work a tight schedule, and a cleaning fee will be implemented if the studio is not in its original shape by 15 minutes past your booking end time (grace period).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes bookings starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive 50% refund (excluding fees).

Cancellations for sessions and events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
